Luxman 7.1 Receiver User Manual
WINTEC of America, Inc. was based in Long Beach, California. They made audio products back in the late 1970's. Receivers with a silver face, cassette decks, speakers, and maybe more. But Luxman supposedly built the stereo receivers for the brand. Visual observation can support the similarities and build quality. Personally Luxman is a brand I have no first hand knowledge or experience with. I do have knowledge and experience with a Wintec R-1120 stereo receiver because it's sitting on my shelf. Let me say it makes my Sansui QRX-9001 look small.
I'd like to know more about this brand.
Plus I'd like to request any manuals if they exist.
Update (7-1-2018): Wintec or Wintec of America was based in the City of Industry, Ca. (Not Long Beach). The Japanese business Monarch is affiliated with Wintec and its trademarks. Kyocera manufactured all equipment for Wintec.(classicreceiversdotcom)

CONNECTING MULTI CHANNEL AUDIO SOURCE
The 7.1 CH DIRECT INPUT jacks are for multichannel audio
source such as a SACD multichannel player, DVD audio
player or external decoder.
If you use these jacks, switch on the 7.1 CH DIRECT INPUT
and set the 7.1 CH DIRECT INPUT level by using the 7.1
channel input level menu.
CONNECTING AN EXTERNAL POWER AMPLIFIER
The PREOUT jacks are for connecting external power
amplifiers.
Be sure to connect each speaker to the corresponding
external power amplifier.
REMOTE IR INPUT
If the LR-7500's front-panel IR sensor is blocked due to cabinet
doors or other obstructions, an external IR sensor may be
used. Connect the output of the sensor to this jack.
REMOTE IR OUTPUT
Luxman Receivers For Sale
This connection permits the IR sensor in the receiver to serve
other remote controlled devices. Connect this jack to the 'IR
IN' jack on LUXMAN (or other compatible) equipment.
